Add DIGITS NT Talk and Text

  • Activations may receive calls from Sales for assistance, and can add lines to existing NT DIGITS Talk and Text accounts.
  • Follow the same steps as above for adding a subscriber for Non-T-Mobile customers requesting the NT DIGITS Talk and Text plan.
    • This allows them to use multiple numbers on one device without the need to port their number to T-Mobile.
    • Exception: Activate the line as a MI line rather than selecting DIGITS Talk and Text or Data with Paired DIGITS.
      • There are a number of things customers must do to complete their activation.
      • See DIGITS for the exact details and for more information.
