Change the account PIN/passcode: Samson

Use these steps to change the account PIN/passcode in Samson.

Change the account PIN/passcode

  1. Before changing or adding an account PIN/passcode, follow Account PIN/passcode support. (Experience Stores follow steps on that page for PIN Support using Tapestry.)
  2. Send a One Time PIN (OTP) to the BRP.
  3. On any tab, highlight the text in the PIN/Pass field at the top of the account.
  4. Type the new account PIN/passcode.
  5. From the left toolbar, select Save.
