Device Activation Type changes

Use these steps to handle Device Activation Type (DAT) changes. Senior reps, RSL/BSL reps, and above are authorized to make DAT changes outside of Buyer’s Remorse to address escalated issues.

  1. Go to the Agreement tab.
  2. From the toolbar, choose Page Options > Change Device Activation Type.
  3. From New Device Activation Type drop-down, select the DAT.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Check the updated DAT on the Commitment screen.
