Use these steps to handle Device Activation Type (DAT) changes. Senior reps, RSL/BSL reps, and above are authorized to make DAT changes outside of Buyer’s Remorse to address escalated issues.
Device Activation Type changes
- Go to the Agreement tab.
- From the toolbar, choose Page Options > Change Device Activation Type.
- From New Device Activation Type drop-down, select the DAT.
- Click OK.
- Check the updated DAT on the Commitment screen.
