Retail Manager Overrides (Keyholders)

Requesting Manager Override Permissions for Keyholders
AR-N/ TPR:
- Follow the old process and email users Full Name and NTID to RetailEPMD: RetailEntitlementProvisioningManagement@T-Mobile.com
COR:
- Overrides permissions will include:
- mPOS
- NTT (trade-in tool)
- Tapestry
- TIMO2 and TIMO Console
- Rebellion
- DASH
- Keyholder permissions can be requested in Sailpoint.
- Note: You must use Chrome. If there is an error, try launching from a new incognito window.
- Steps:
- Select Manage Users from the menu and search for your user by name or NTID, then Next
- Open the Filter dropdown menu next to the Search field:
- Select Role Type: Interim, click Apply, click Next
- Select Role by clicking next to the name:
- COR: Select Interim_Consumer Group_Mobile Expert-K
- Experience Stores: Select Interim_Consumer Group_Sr Mobile Expert
- Click Next, then Submit
- You'll be prompted to Complete Form, enter a date (no more than 180 days out), click submit. Once you see the message "Form Submitted Successfully" you're done!
- The Users RSM will need to approve the request in Sailpoint under Track My Requests.

***Note: You can only request this role for up to 180 days. If you still need the keyholder role after that, you’ll need to submit a new request. This is to ensure auditing is performed on a regular basis.

Recent Job Title Changes and Keyholder Permission Removal
Please allow 24h for Workday role changes to update system permissions. For any issues, please contact the Service Desk.
- To remove current keyholder, permissions, please use the NT: Change Job Title or Role: Official Change (please note the ticket this is for keyholder permission removal). This process is only for keyholders added before 8.25.25.
- Title or Role changes should follow the standard process through NT: Change Job Title or Role: Official Change.

Additional Information
- For TIMO users needing to work with multiple locations see: TIMO Devices In-store for setup instructions. TIMO transfer capabilities do NOT require a role change.
- Requests for Super User permissions will be denied.
- Requests for Atlas only applies for Experience Stores. All other request for Atlas access will be denied.
