What's the deal?

  • Customers with 4 or more ONE Plan lines will receive either a $20 or $25 bill credit to get their 4th line free. Total cost for 4 ONE Plan lines with AutoPay is $140 and $155 without AutoPay.
  • Available to qualified customers who meet all of the following requirements:
    • Have 4 or more ONE Plan lines on one account.
    • Any combination of ONE Plan TE Voice or Tablet lines, with a minimum of 2 Voice lines.
  • Available in any channel where ONE Plan TE is sold.
  • If a customer migrates to Magenta, Magenta MAX, or T-Mobile For Business 13+ rate plans after the promo period, they will be allowed to keep their free line and will receive credit for the AAL cost according to their plan.
  • Eligible SOC list – You must be on one of these SOCs. Changing from one of these eligible SOCs would remove the discount. Note: If a customer migrates to consumer Magenta, Magenta MAX, or Business Unlimited Ultimate or Advanced rate plans (or from these rate plans to new Go5G plans) after the promo period, they will be allowed to keep their free line. Important: This excludes segmented plans such as 55+, First Responder, and Military plans, as well as Business versions of Magenta and Magenta MAX plans.

Limitations

  • Not available for:
    • Prepaid
    • NCC / SCNC
    • ONE Plan Wearable lines
    • ONE Plan TI plans
    • ONE Plan Unlimited 55+ Voice: Postpaid (TI) plans
  • Can be combined with other open offers.
  • Free lines cannot be combined with KickBack.
  • Cannot be combined with the following discounts ineligible to ONE Plan:
    • Advantage program, AVD, MCSA,GSA discounts (Legacy Discount Program).
    • SunCom, and Non-TMO Employee.
    • Business Family Discounts - customers will keep their BFD discount of $40 and will not receive 4th line free credit as it is the lesser of the two discounts.
  • Customers who cancel the 4th line receiving the discount on their ONE Plan TE plan will lose the discount.
  • If the customer's account is suspended for non-payment or canceled for any reason, they will lose their bill credit while suspended/canceled. Once the customer restores or resumes their account, their bill credits will start again.
  • Customers on ONE Plan TE who are receiving this promotion will have the discount removed if they change to ONE Plan TI. If they switch back to ONE Plan TE within 30 days, their discount will begin again.

Review & take action

  1. Explain promotional eligibility to interested customers based on criteria listed in the What's the deal section.
  2. Assist the customer with processing their activations/AALs for ONE Plan to meet the line limits.

Reminders

  • This offer is for a limited time only and subject to change.
  • Bill credit will apply monthly for as long as you meet the criteria listed in the What's the deal section.
  • Bill credits will be applied within two bill cycles of activation.
  • Bill credits do not show in Samson Adjustment History, but do show on the bill statement and in Atlas.
  • Customers who have a bill cycle that closes before the start date of the promo will receive a retro active credit.
  • If customers move the 4th line receiving the discount to another account as part of a COR and the destination account also meets the requirements of this promotion, the line will continue to receive the 4th line discount.
  • Customers may be enrolled manually into this offer using Trigger SOCs added just like regular features. You can confirm this by reviewing the account for the following SOC codes at the subscriber and BAN levels:
    • ONE4LS: for Voice lines (SUB level)
    • ONE4LM: for MI lines (SUB level)
    • ONE4LB: for accounts on special plans (4/$160, etc.) with AutoPay (BAN level)
    • ONE4LBA: for accounts on special plans (4/$160, etc.) without AutoPay (BAN level)

Don’t worry. A credit will be applied to your bill when processed to make your 4th line free.

  • If you are on AutoPay, it will look like this: 2/$130 (-$10 AutoPay credit first 2 lines) + $25 AAL (-$5 AutoPay credit for 3rd line) + $25 AAL (-$5 AutoPay credit – $20 remaining for bill for 4th line) = $140 for 4 lines
  • If you are not on AutoPay, it will look like this: 2/$130 + $25 AAL + $25 AAL (-$25 for full AAL charge) = $155 for 4 lines

We are giving you the 4th line free by eliminating the add-a-line cost for your 4th line on both plans. While on AutoPay, that 4th line already receives a $5 credit, so we are crediting an additional $20 to make that line “free”. If not on AutoPay, you are not receiving any other discounts towards that 4th line, so we credit the full $25 add-a-line cost.
