  • Doc Retrieval stores EIP agreements back to 2015.

Troubleshooting

Desktop/Citrix

If in Atlas, check the account is in focus and verified/bypassed.

If TESA (Doc Retrieval) is not displaying any information after providing search criteria:

  1. Check to see which browser was launched from ATLAS.
  2. Make sure Google Chrome browser is being used for optimal performance. (Internet Explorer is not supported.)
  3. Set your browser default to Google Chrome in desktop/Citrix settings.
