Add a line, upgrade, and shop. Top actions are now front and center. No more endless scrolling to find what you need.
The Manage tab will now be the Account tab! Same tools, simpler name. Easier for customers to find what they need and manage accounts.
New floating search button lets customers search from anywhere & chat support is built-in. One place for answers, help, & live agents.
The redesign simplifies the experience end-to-end so customers can get things done quicker with less effort.

Helping a customer set up a new 5G Home Internet gateway? T-Life now fully supports the latest HSI hardware, making onboarding, account management, and service setup smoother than ever. Encourage customers to start their journey in T-Life for a seamless experience from day one.
Customers can now complete a rate plan change, upgrade, and Add-A-Line in a single T-Life transaction. This feature is currently only available when moving to an Experience plan with a qualifying trade-in promotion.

Some Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Island, and newer addresses may trigger an “Unable to Verify Shipping Address” error in T-Life. This is a known issue, and teams are already working on it! Until resolved, confirm the customer’s address is entered correctly and matches USPS formatting as closely as possible. If the address still won’t verify, pivot to legacy systems to complete the order. There’s no need to file a ticket.
